Refund Policy

No Refund Policy for One-on-One In-Person Coaching. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Purchases: Once you purchase a one-on-one coaching programme/package, the fee is non-refundable, this includes paid in full programme/packages and monthly paid programme/packages.

No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for any unused sessions or portions of the coaching programme or package. Once a programme or package is purchased, the full amount is non-refundable. Monthly paid programme/packages cannot be cancelled part way through its duration.

Session Scheduling: Upon purchase, we will work with you to schedule your coaching sessions. It is important to attend the sessions as scheduled to gain the maximum benefit from the programme. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange any lessons in the coaching programme.

Commitment and Responsibility: By purchasing our one-on-one coaching sessions, you are committing to your personal development. We encourage you to fully engage with each session to maximize the benefits of the coaching programme. To encourage commitment to the programme purchased, the lessons purchased within the coaching programme are only valid for 12months from date of purchase. Any lessons not used within the 12month period will be forfeited.

Monthly Programmes: Monthly programmes gives the customer 1 golf lesson per month, from date of purchase for the duration stated e.g. 6 months will give the customer 6x 1 hour golf lessons to be taken 1 each month for 6 months. Golf lessons must be taken within each 1 month period and cannot be rolled over into following months.

Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of your fellow customers, please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 01530 587 300 during business hours at least 30 minutes before closing which can be found on www.thegolfcentrecoalville.co.uk. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a customer misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the customer a missed appointment fee equal to the value of reserved services.
